UX Researcher and UX Designer
Microsoft Office has a lot of offerings for businesses, families, students, and individuals.
When a customer goes in-person to a store, they have retail pros to help them decide which product is right. Unfortunately online, customers were less likely to buy because it was just too confusing.
For years, Microsoft's Design studio approached this problem by developing a widget. However, metrics showed that it just didn't cut it.
The widget's end design was executed with designs that were a proven success through A/B Testing with rounds of qualitative research.
