I'M CONSTANTLY CHANGING TO BE BETTER AT MY CRAFT AND LIFE.

I enjoy bringing my ideas to life with code, the internet of things, and a variety of technologies.

My work process includes research, user personas, concept creation, journey maps, sketching, wireframing, and prototyping.

Let's Get Down to the Nitty-Gritty

I've freelanced since 2009 for 20+ clients as an Experience Designer, Visual Designer, Art Director, Marketing Director, and more.

In 2016, I earned an M.S. in Business with a concentration in experience design at the VCU Brandcenter.

Over the years, I acquired these skills:

Concept Development

Branding

UX/UI

Web Design

Research/User Testing

Concept Pitches

On a more personal level,

I've had a fifty-year plan since I was eight-years-old.  So far, I'm on track and checked off a couple bucket-list items over the past year.

First, I graduated with my master's degree from the VCU Brandcenter in experience design. Then my small family, a husband and a fat bunny, loaded up a U-Haul in Virginia and drove cross-country to Seattle. So far, we love it here and are often hiking or enjoying the beach.

As for other hobbies and interests, I tinker with Arduinos, Makey Makeys, laser cutters, and whatever I can get my hands on. It's exciting to solve big problems at work, but at home, I'm a bit of a goof and love a good fart joke or making quirky videos.

If you would like to find out more or say hello, then shoot me a message.

Peace & Love
